History

National Electronic Transit (N.E.T)

Founded in 1918 as an ice block delivery service, N.E.T has evolved into a trusted leader in the logistics industry over the past century. As a fifth-generation family-owned business, we have consistently adapted to meet the changing needs of our customers and the market.

  • 1948: Transitioned to become a household moving agent, serving families with reliable and efficient relocation services.
  • 1968: Expanded our expertise to include the transportation of Xerox and IBM equipment, serving clients throughout the tri-state area.
  • 1970s-1990s: Broadened our service offerings to include the transportation of high-value and specialized goods, such as refrigeration units and healthcare equipment.
  • 1990s: Introduced residential final mile delivery in response to the e-commerce boom and the growing demand for this service.
  • Early 2000s: Expanded geographically with the addition of new facilities in Pennsylvania and Connecticut, broadening our service footprint and enhancing our ability to serve clients across the region.

Today, N.E.T continues to lead in the logistics field. We are still proudly serving the MFP/copier industry, healthcare, technology, and consumer goods. Our commitment to quality and expertise has defined our legacy for over a century.
